Refund policy
Returns
Once your order has shipped, we offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible, the item must be:

In the same condition that you received it

Unused, with all original parts and packaging

Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
Non-returnable items (unless defective):

Gift cards and downloadable items
Before returning any item, you must contact us first (info@sweepclimbing.com.). We will provide return instructions and a FedEx return shipping label issued through our shipping partner. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and will be calculated at the time of return based on destination and package size, then charged accordingly. Returns sent without prior contact or without using our provided FedEx label will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

The item was damaged in transit

You received the wrong item
Email photos and your order number to info@sweepclimbing.com. We’ll make it right by either repair, replace or refund.
Refunds
We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, your refund will be proceed within 14 days of receiving the return or proof of return shipment.
Please remember that banks and credit card companies may take additional time to process and post your refund.
If it’s been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at info@sweepclimbing.com.
Undeliverable or Refused Parcels
If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable or refused, we’ll refund the product price minus outbound shipping once it arrives back in good condition. We can re-ship upon request; re-shipping costs apply.
International Returns & Duties
For returns from outside the EU, clearly mark the parcel as “Return—no commercial value.” Duties, taxes, and import fees paid are non-refundable by us; you may be able to claim them back from your local authority.
Warranty Policy
All Sweep products are covered by a two-year limited warranty. This covers manufacturing defects or faults that appear during normal use.
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear (e.g. worn bristles, performance reduction on battery and motor)
- misuse, accidents, or modifications
- damage from improper storage, water, or impact
Performance loss over time is normal and not considered a defect. Lithium-ion capacity and peak power naturally decrease with use, age, and temperature. Runtime and jet output were measured on a new pack at room temperature; both will vary with conditions and gradually decline throughout the product’s life.
Typical lifespan:
- Battery: designed for around 500 full charge cycles before reaching approximately 80% of original capacity.
- Motor: designed for roughly 1,000 continuous operating hours under normal use.
As indicative guidance, if a battery falls below ~70% of its original capacity within 12 months under normal use, or if a motor develops abnormal noise or heat due to a manufacturing fault, we will repair or replace the unit at our cost. This does not affect statutory rights.
If you believe your product is defective, contact info@sweepclimbing.com with your order number, photos, and a short description of the issue. We’ll review your case and, if approved, provide a repair, replacement, or refund at no cost to you. Warranty service does not extend the original warranty period.
