Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We collect the full payment at checkout and store your payment method.
Cancellation
If you’ve placed a pre-order, you can cancel your purchase at any time before your order ships — no questions asked. Just email us at info@sweepclimbing.com with your order number, and we’ll process your full refund.
Market Eligibility
Pre-orders are contingent on market-specific approvals (e.g., CE/EMC, WEEE/Battery EPR, and any local registrations). If we can’t legally place the product on the market in your country by the estimated ship date, we’ll notify you. You can either keep your place in the queue while we finish approvals or receive a full refund of your pre-order.
Cost/feasibility clause: Where the compliance cost or practicality of opening a country is disproportionate to the number of pre-orders (for example, a single unit requiring separate EPR registration or a local representative), we may, at our discretion, decline to serve that market. In that case we will cancel the affected pre-order(s) and issue a full refund of the amount paid.
