Welcome to Sweep Climbing. The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Sweep Climbing. Sweep Climbing operates this website and online store (the “Services”), powered by Shopify Inc.
By visiting or purchasing from our store, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
1. ACCESS AND ACCOUNT
By using the Services, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your place of residence and that any dependents who use the Services do so with your permission.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account or placing an order and to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
2. OUR PRODUCTS
We aim to describe and display our products as accurately as possible. Colours and appearances may vary due to screen settings. Product details and availability may change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at our discretion.
3. ORDERS
Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order at our discretion. An order is confirmed once payment has been processed and you receive an email confirmation.Please review your order carefully before submitting; we may not be able to cancel after acceptance.

Prices and promotions may change without notice. The price charged is the one shown at checkout and in your confirmation email. You agree to provide valid and current payment information and authorise us to charge all amounts due. You are responsible for any additional charges imposed by your card issuer or bank.
5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Delivery times are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control. Title and risk of loss pass to you when goods are handed to the carrier.
6. SAFETY AND USE
Sweep Climbing products, including the ChalkBlaster, are intended solely for cleaning climbing holds and surfaces. Do not use near water, on skin, or for any other purpose.
Improper use, such as disassembly, modification, blocking vents, or using incompatible accessories, may cause injury or damage.
Sweep Climbing is not responsible for injury, property damage, or loss arising from misuse, neglect, accident, or failure to follow instructions.
Always inspect the device before use and keep it away from children and flammable materials.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for damages relating to product use shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, trademarks, and designs on the Services are owned by Sweep Climbing or its licensors and protected by international intellectual-property laws.
You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Do not copy, modify, or distribute any material without prior written consent.
8. OPTIONAL TOOLS AND THIRD-PARTY LINKS
We may provide access to third-party tools or link to external websites. These are provided “as is” without warranty. Use them at your own risk. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or actions of any third party.
9. RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Our store is hosted by Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform enabling us to sell to you. Sales are made directly between you and Sweep Climbing.
Shopify is not responsible for any sale, product, or claim arising from your transactions with Sweep Climbing.
10. PRIVACY POLICY
Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy and Shopify’s policy. By using our Services, you consent to such processing and data transfers as described therein.
11. FEEDBACK
If you provide reviews, suggestions, or other feedback, you grant Sweep Climbing a perpetual, royalty-free licence to use that content for any purpose. You warrant that your feedback does not infringe third-party rights and contains no harmful or unlawful material.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sweep Climbing, its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services or products.
Sweep Climbing is not liable for any injury or damage resulting from improper or unsafe product use, including use near water, modification, or operation contrary to instructions.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sweep Climbing, Shopify, and their affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims or damages arising out of your breach of these Terms or violation of law or third-party rights.

These Terms and all related transactions are governed by the laws of Denmark. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Danish courts for resolving any disputes.

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a new version on our website. Material changes will be communicated in accordance with applicable law. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
